Each course is optional but it is recommended to complete all four for the greatest impact.

   Transform your team into experience makers and boost top-line revenue. Start with an optional 30-minute strategy call, then complete six hours of focused learning to build a SMART sales plan.

2. **Forecasting Payroll**
Struggling with labour costs and service quality? Learn to align staffing with business needs through smart planning and daily tweaks to improve service, engage your team, and boost profitability.

3. **Controlling Beverage Costs**
Learn how to manage beverage inventory, control spillage, and price for profit. This short course includes practical tools to help you hit your target costs and improve your menu mix.

4. **Calculating Food Cost**
Take control of food costs with five key steps—inventory, recipe consistency, portion control, waste tracking, and smart pricing. Boost your bottom line with simple, effective tools.

Eligibility  This training is funded by the Indigenous Tourism Training Initiative (ITTI), which means all costs will be covered for participants who meet the eligibility criteria.
