In this 90-minute lesson you’ll learn to understand what KPIs are and why they matter, explore the four types of KPIs every leader can influence, and use KPIs to make decisions and improve results.

Feeling overwhelmed by everything on your plate? Take this 30-minute lesson to learn how to take control of your time, stay organized, and focus on what really matters. More than just tips and tricks, this course helps you shift from reacting to leading with intention.

You’ll learn to use the time management matrix to prioritize tasks, organize and plan your responsibilities, and build habits that increase productivity and reduce stress. Eligibility
