Business success isn’t luck — it’s strategy. This course helps you define and track the numbers that matter most, giving you a clear picture of where you’re headed. When you know what to track you can lead with purpose to manage your resources more effectively.

In this 90-minute lesson you’ll learn to understand what KPIs are and why they matter, explore the four types of KPIs every leader can influence, and use KPIs to make decisions and improve results.

Feeling overwhelmed by everything on your plate? Take this 30-minute lesson to learn how to take control of your time, stay organized, and focus on what really matters. More than just tips and tricks, this course helps you shift from reacting to leading with intention.

You’ll learn to use the time management matrix to prioritize tasks, organize and plan your responsibilities, and build habits that increase productivity and reduce stress.

Indigenous Tourism BC will cover the full costs of this training for eligible participants:

* Indigenous peoples (First Nations, Inuit, Metis) residing in BC
* Indigenous-owned tourism businesses (51%+ Indigenous ownership), and employees of
* First Nations-owned tourism businesses (51%+ First Nations ownership), and employees of
